| Remarks: | Course concept and information 1. work on saxophone repertoire in classical, popular, jazz and contemporary music (with soprano, alto, tenor, baritone saxophone) 2. modern saxophone playing technique (basic and advanced techniques). 3. preparation as a soloist 4. chamber music (duos, trios, quartets) 5. improvisation technique (in different styles) Contents: "Suggestions for studying and expanding musical creativity alongside the saxophone". In this individual and collective teaching course, we focus on capturing the essence of effective musical development. We will integrate important elements that will help us to strengthen our intuition, unleash creativity and thus achieve improved technical precision and a deeper connection to the musical elements. My aim is to cultivate individual qualities and offer students the opportunity to develop their artistic personality through dedicated practice and increased self-confidence. The basic techniques: -posture, embouchure, breathing, tone -setting the tone, the legato -Détaché (single, double, triple) -Intonation -Vibrato The advanced techniques: -Fluttertongue -Slaptongue -Circular breathing -subtone -Singing and playing -Overtones -Altissimo -Glissandi -Microintervals -Multiple sounds We will perform a varied selection of exercises to refine coordination. This will allow us to sharpen the mind to control more precise physical movements and create a clearer connection between thought and interpretation. Manage practice session: -scales -Etudes -Memorising -The tied notes -Development of new techniques Sound production: We deepen the coordination of the muscles of the diaphragm, tongue, throat and mouth and work towards producing a specific sound according to the style and context. more information-please see website! |
